Proficient under Effective Teaching what are we observing as far as a teacher developing students' higher order thinking skills? What types of questions are the teachers asking?
Proficient under High Standards and Expectations for Student Achievement, what are we observing?
Let's discuss expectations for all teachers? Are they the same or different for the new teacher, vocational teachers, and veteran teachers?
Who are our teacher leaders? What should we expect of them? How are we preparing our teachers to lead? When should we change teacher leaders?

What do you do on a daily basis that is critical...has to be done in order for you to be effective at your job?
What do you hate doing? Why? Let's discuss how we/you can deal with it?
What is the most enjoyable task that you perform? What makes it enjoyable?
What do you do that your assistant could be doing?
What does good time management look like?
What or who causes the most interruptions in your day? How do you handle these interruptions?
School Improvement Plan:
Questions to consider - Where are we meeting the target(s) as far as reaching our goals?
Where are we missing the target?
Do areas need revision?
How do we commicuate progress or lack there of to all AV stakeholder?
Should anything be added or eliminated in the plan?

Russ will you please bring forward and ideas/suggestions that you have for providing time for the technical teachers to meet either with their department and/or clusters during the school day, week, etc.?
